| Store in a cool, dry area, preferably at a
temperature of 35° F to 70° F. Storage in higher temperatures up to 100° F is not
harmful, but lower temperatures are recommended whenever possible. DO NOT EXPOSE to temperatures over 120° F. Loosen cap once or twice a month for 3 to 4 days to let air into
container then reseal container. Since Microsoil is a live biomass, we recommend that you
and your customers order only that which you will use in a season. If product is to be
stored longer than one (1) year, contact Manufacturer or your Distributor for further
instructions.

Warranty
/ Disclaimer Information |

PRODUCT WARRANTY
Manufacturer hereby warrants all sealed
containers of concentrated Microsoil for a period not to exceed one (1) year from the date
of shipment from Manufacturer's dock, or until the "best if used by" date, if
any, placed on each package of product, whichever is later, provided such storage is in
accordance with Manufacturer's criteria and instructions. All Product purchased shall
conform to the Manufacturer's specifications and shall be free from defects of materials
and workmanship under normal and proper use in accordance with these specifications.
Positive results can be expected, when Microsoil is used in accord with Manufacturer's
instructions (as detailed in Manufacturer's Manual) and the recommended protocol(s), based
upon a comprehensive soil analysis, as outlined by Manufacturer. Manufacturer does not
warrantee product once sealed container has been opened and/or has been diluted for
application. Microsoil is guaranteed to be non-pathogenic. Furthermore, Customer must
understand that Microsoil is not a panacea and that it works best within certain
parameter's as specified and detailed in Manufacturer's protocols which are determined by
the soil analysis and answers provided by customer on Manufacturer's questionnaire form.
Biomassters, Inc., therefore, bases its warrantee and protocols only on that which is
stated in textbooks as to what soil microorganisms are and what they actually do. See the

DISCLAIMER
Manufacturer (does not guarantee
results) and will not be held responsible, accountable or liable for the
failure of any crops using Microsoil. Due to the complexity of soils, excessive
use of chemicals, the reluctance of growers to change or alter their farming methods,
their hesitancy to reduce chemical fertilizers and pesticides, a lack of knowledge about
alternative farming methods, a general reluctance to follow protocols provided or
recommended by Biomassters, Inc., plus the inability to prove or disprove that such
protocols were followed, makes it impossible to "guarantee results." |
